Partner Policy

How we work with integrators, distributors and OEM customers — territories, pricing and support.

PurePoint Smart channel partnership policy framework — specific terms per signed Distribution/Agency Agreement and current commercial letter. We aim for transparent, predictable cooperation that protects partner margin and market investment.

Silver partner Stable quarterly purchasing and project registration Preferential channel pricing, training seats, marketing kit, registration protection Eligible for Gold upgrade
Registered partner Agreement signed and first order placed Standard channel pricing, download center access, basic remote support Formal rating after probation

Policy highlights

Channel pricing

Catalog channel pricing by series and tier; project special pricing via registration — not stacked unless written approval.

Market protection

Project registration: first registered, first protected. Same owner/project generally not quoted by multiple partners; malicious poaching may terminate partnership.

Rebate incentives

Quarterly/annual purchase targets earn rebates or material support; over-target tiered rewards per annual commercial agreement.

Training & certification

Free or discounted professional training; engineer PurePoint Smart certification counts toward tier assessment.

After-sales collaboration

In-warranty factory spares and technical support from PurePoint Smart; partners coordinate on site — unauthorized disassembly voids warranty.

OEM/ODM

Strategic partners may negotiate custom brand, packaging and features — MOQ, NRE and lead time quoted separately under OEM agreement.

Note: Pricing, rebates and regional policy may change — PurePoint Smart will notify signed partners in writing. Do not disclose channel pricing or policy without authorization.
