Partner Process
From qualification and sample review to pilot projects and volume supply.
Becoming a PurePoint Smart partner typically takes 2–6 weeks from initial contact to first shipment (qualification and training dependent). Use this guide to prepare materials and speed onboarding.
Detailed process
-
1. Submit partnership intent
Via the website Contact us or business email with company name, territory, type (distribution / integration / agency / OEM) and contact details.
-
2. Qualification & interview
Channel manager call/video on team size, project experience, warehousing/after-sales and annual targets; site visit or samples if needed.
-
3. Sign agreement
Confirm tier, territory (if any), annual targets, pricing and rebates — sign Distribution/Agency Agreement and NDA.
-
4. Account & training
Enable channel pricing and download center; schedule product and application training — at least two engineers should complete basic certification.
-
5. First order & samples (optional)
Sample or first stock per regional promotion — PurePoint Smart supports first-order logistics, invoicing and a project contact.
-
6. Registration & delivery
Register major projects early; PurePoint Smart engineering joins proposal review, detailed design (as agreed) and commissioning support.
-
7. Ongoing enablement & review
Quarterly business reviews, new product training, joint marketing — qualifying partners may upgrade tier or expand territory.
