    Automated placement and reflow for mainboards and module boards; solder paste printing, SPI and AOI sampling for consistent RCU and smart module soldering.

    Mechanical assembly of 86 panels, card power, door signs; power-on self-test and itemized key/relay/comm port functional testing with records.

  • Burn-in & sampling

    Hosts and power components powered per spec with typical guestroom load cycling to expose early failures before shipment.

  • Packing & outgoing inspection

    Label, traceability code and accessory list verification; shock packaging and batch ledger; phased project delivery and separate spare shipments.

SMT placement line

Solder paste print → SPI → placement → reflow → AOI sampling; process parameters bound to batch numbers; abnormal batches quarantined from the line.

Test stations and fixtures

  2. Material preparation

    Lock components and mechanical parts per BOM; critical parts IQC-approved before line release.

  3. Production

    SMT, assembly, test and burn-in per routing with records retained.

  4. Final inspection

    OQC samples appearance, function and accessories; outgoing inspection records issued.

  5. Logistics delivery

    Pack and ship by project batch with packing list and traceability info.
