Mechanical assembly of 86 panels, card power, door signs; power-on self-test and itemized key/relay/comm port functional testing with records.

Solder paste print → SPI → placement → reflow → AOI sampling; process parameters bound to batch numbers; abnormal batches quarantined from the line.
Assembly & functional test
Post-assembly power-on self-test: keys, relays, comm ports and touch tested item by item; test log summaries written to batch records for OQC and after-sales traceability.
Burn-in & sampling
Hosts and power units burn-in per enterprise standard with typical guestroom load on/off cycles; burn-in station data archived to reduce early field failures.
Packing & outgoing inspection
OQC verifies model, labels, accessories and packing list; whole units and spares can ship in batches with traceability codes and receiving notes for phased project delivery.
