PurePoint Smart is a hardware manufacturer of guestroom RCU hosts and smart panels, focused on bulk supply and OEM/ODM. Products include RCU controllers, smart switches, door signs, card power, modules and sensors; we provide selection catalogs, BOMs, wiring docs, protocol notes, sampling, mass production and spare parts — we do not provide hotel software or turnkey integration; system design and commissioning are handled by integrators or contractors.

Primarily hotels and resorts, premium residential and serviced apartments, and commercial buildings — for both new-build and retrofit projects.

OEM/ODM is supported: panel silkscreen and UI, mechanical parts, communication protocols, packaging and labels can be tailored per project, with sampling, pilot runs and production scheduling. Software platforms and PMS integration are implemented by partners or third parties; we supply hardware and interface documentation.

On-site installation schedules are estimated by integrators/contractors. On the PurePoint side we focus on production lead time: standard SKUs are stocked; OEM orders receive sampling and batch delivery plans after BOM confirmation.

Yes. Products suit new-build and retrofit; in most cases traditional switches can be replaced directly without major rewiring.

Training on operation, maintenance, troubleshooting and programming is available for partners and end users, plus online materials and documentation.

Standard product warranty is one year; extended warranty is available for project orders, covering manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use.

Hardware supports wall touch panels, scene keys, card power and RS485/Modbus buses; apps, voice and cloud platforms are selected and integrated by integrators — we provide protocol register maps and wiring documentation.

RCU and gateway hardware exposes interfaces needed for remote ops; monitoring platforms are deployed by integrators or hotel IT. We provide firmware upgrade guidance and known-issue lists.

On the hardware side we provide Modbus/RS485 register maps, DI/DO interfaces and gateway firmware; PMS/BMS mapping is done by integrators. Partners needing API docs or SDKs can refer to our developer documentation.
