Courses use factory demos and real guestroom equipment to shorten ramp-up and reduce rework — hotel software and PMS implementation are excluded; platform topics are handled by integrators or third parties.

Is training charged?
Standard public sessions and some downloads are free; on-site, custom courses and lab use are quoted per day or project. Strategic partners and volume customers may receive training credits — ask sales.
Minimum class size?
Remote: 3+ recommended; on-site: 5+ for hands-on rotation. Smaller groups may join an upcoming session or switch to remote.
Certificates issued?
Attendees completing required hours and optional assessment receive a PurePoint training certificate (digital); advanced certification follows partner agreements.
Training before project acceptance?
Yes. Best 1–2 weeks before opening after first-room commissioning so hotel staff can take over daily ops.
Can training materials be shared externally?
Slides and internal docs are for trainees’ organizations only — no public redistribution or commercial teaching without permission. Public docs follow the download center.
