Standard engineering order from room-state change to circuit cut-off — integrators may layer PMS events, butrelay action must complete locally on the RCU.

Acceptance checklist

Full vacant cut

VC room: guest card invalid or engineering card timed; measure circuits near zero.

Delayed cut

After card out, lighting/HVAC delay per policy; record timing params.

SOS test

Trigger RCU dry output; platform receives alarm (if present).

Window interlock

Window open enters HVAC protect mode.
